Registration data (name, email, phone, country, organization and identification document), verification data (KYC/AML), transactional data on environmental assets and usage data (access, IP, device).

We use your data to create and manage your account, enable trading and settlement, comply with legal and KYC/AML obligations, and send communications when authorized. Legal bases: contract performance, legal obligation, legitimate interest and consent.
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share only with service providers, counterparties necessary for requested operations, and authorities/regulators when required by law.
4. International transfer
As a global platform, your data may be processed in other countries, always with appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) compatible with the LGPD and GDPR.
