By creating an account or using the WCCE platform, you declare that you have read and agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.
1. The platform
WCCE is a global infrastructure for trading carbon credits and environmental assets, including instruments under Article 6 of the Paris Agreement. It acts as a technological intermediation environment.
2. Registration, account and verification
You must provide truthful information and a valid document. Access to certain features depends on identity verification (KYC) and compliance (AML). You are responsible for your credentials.
3. User obligations
Use the platform lawfully. Fraud, money laundering, market manipulation and any violation of the law are prohibited. Misuse may result in suspension or termination.
4. Assets and operations
Information about credits, projects and prices is informational. WCCE does not guarantee appreciation, liquidity or results. Trading decisions are the user’s responsibility.
5. Intellectual property
The brand, content, software and visual elements belong to WCCE or its licensors; reproduction or unauthorized use is prohibited.
6. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, WCCE is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits arising from use or unavailability.
7. Suspension and governing law
We may suspend or terminate access in case of violation, legal/regulatory requirement or security risk. Disputes will be resolved in the competent jurisdiction, preserving consumer rights.
